Application period. Application guidelines:
Those from Helsinki:

• Fill in the application form in Wilma by 16.1.2026. It is available in English. Please note that the form doesn´t work on a mobile device.
• You can choose a maximum of 5 different options. Mark the alternatives in your order of preference so that option number 1 is your primary application option.
• The options will be processed in the given order of preference.
• If the student is admitted to option number 1, they will not be considered in the admission for other options.
• Once submitted, the options and their order are binding and changing them after the application period has ended is not possible.

Those who are not currently studying in Grade 6 at a municipal school in Helsinki:

• The form for application to grade 7 is for students who live outside Helsinki or go to a private school will be updated as soon as the application process starts. Use it only if you don’t have access to the Wilma form Transition to Grade 7 2025 through your own Wilma.
• The form does not require a Wilma username and password, but a valid email address is required. Write your email address in the field and click “Lähetä varmistusviesti”. Then, go to your email and click on the link in the email that you received from the system to proceed to the form. Once you are there, the form has instructions both in Finnish and in English.
• Fill out the electrical application form in Wilma by 16th of January 2026.
