On Wednesday the 23rd of October we had the pleasure of listening to Lotta Kokkonen (PhD) from the University of Jyväskylä discuss multiculturalism, communication and the importance of learning languages. The talk was very interesting and interactive. Students participated enthusiastically, giving their own input into the discussion. Our students seem to have an innate understanding and appreciation of what multiculturalism is.
