24th annual HELIMUN conference was held in KSYK on the 7th and 8th May. Some 350 students from KSYK, Maunulan yhteiskoulu, Ressu Comprehensive, Helsinki International School and Espoo International School attended and made resolutions dealing with global security.
We had an honor to have the U.S. ambassador Douglas Hickey as the keynote speaker in the opening ceremonies. The ambassador is pictured with Secretary General of the conference Thomas Gregory.
